Chinese "Dragon" Ogres

The following is my idea for the Chinese manned Ogres mentioned in the Ogre universe flavour text, the idea of having disabled weapons has been used before by other players but the other stats are my own and my brothers ideas. We imagined the Ogres as looking sort of like World War II armored trains and having symmetrical large turrets on either side of its massive BPC chassis. The special rules and stats for the two different versions are given below with approximate but probably not accurate points values. I am also working on comprehensive tables of all Ogres available to the different factions by year, some of my own creation and some official, which I use as reference consistently but it needs a bit more work. I will try to have it up soon in the meantime enjoy the below. As a side note on the theme of this writing this is in no way supposed to be political and is based on a theoretical future in an alternate universe and in no way represents my actual views on this region or any current, past or future events in the world.

In 2074 the Chinese Hegemony was facing a difficult dilemma. Their invasion of Japan had failed, they had lost any hope of naval supremacy, and they were facing an invasion of mainland China. China was outmatched technologically on every front but had supremacy in numbers. Beyond this China faced a greater foe, the Nihon cybertanks were rolling over inferior Chinese tanks. China lacked sufficient AI capabilities but began the “Dragon” program anyway, eventually mass producing the monstrous manned weapons platforms by 2085, despite being manned they were relatively effective and their numbers made them very powerful. Due to their relative success a second version was designed and produced by 2087

Special Rules:
-Weapons are disabled on a “D” result.
-When an XX result is rolled on a weapon remove the weapon and roll a d6 on a 5 or a 6 remove a structure point as well.
-May not target more than two targets in a single turn, unless it shoots with a -1 modifier to all die rolls that turn.
