Battle of Montreal

I came up with this scenario after reading the short description of Ogres seeing combat for the first time in the Battle of Montreal in the Ogre timeline and went from there. the scenario is decidedly weighted in favor of the Combine, but as this is a "historical" scenario this might be alright. As a side note on the theme of this scenario this is in no way supposed to be political and is based on a theoretical future in an alternate universe and in no way represents my actual views on this region or any current, past or future events in the world. Hope you enjoy and stay tuned for the sequel!

The Battle of Montreal: David and Goliath

Even before the North American Combine was formed out of Mexico Canada and The United States there was talk of Quebec ceding from Canada, and they were less than happy with becoming part of an even larger empire. When the Combine government repeatedly refused to recognize their French heritage and refused to allow them to keep the French language, this only exacerbated the situation. As the Combine continued to take away the civil rights of their citizens, passing the “Faceless Citizen Act” in 2064, this raised tensions once more and led the state of Quebec to rebel against the oppressive regime of the Combine. Quebec expected a Paneuropean intervention, but with relations already poor Paneurope would not risk open war with the Combine. In 2065 Québéc separatist riots and strikes lead to full-scale revolution. Ogres see combat for the first time in the Battle of Montréal. The Mark I’s brutalized the city, civilians and soldiers both. The rebellions losses in this battle were catestrophic and led to a rebel route with units from Montreal and other areas retreating towards Quebec City...

Game rules:
-Civilian Rioters spawn 1 per turn in any city area
-Bridges are destroy-able SP=20
-The Combine objective is to take the city and destroy as many rebels as possible. If at any point there are no Quebec forces within the city it is an instant Combine Victory.
-If all Combine Forces are destroyed it is an instant Quebec Victory.
-After Quebec forces have lost 35 units, militia, tanks, infantry, guns, etc. they begin rolling for surrendering every turn, on a 6 they surrender. Add 1 to the die roll for every 10 units above that.
-If the Combine player loses all Ogres (reduced to 0 treads) they begin rolling for moral every turn, on a 6 they retreat, each turn after the first add one to the dice roll.
-The game also ends after 25 turns, in some form of a draw
